Gold Cuff Bracelets
The Sanjeev Guide to Fitting a Cuff
A cuff holds its shape, and that is the whole of its appeal. Where a bracelet drapes and shifts, a gold cuff bracelet keeps a clean line around the wrist and stays exactly where you put it, which makes it one of the most wearable pieces of gold anyone can own. Ours are made in 22ct gold at our Southall bench, in single bands and layered multi row constructions. The detailing follows the same traditions as our designer gold bangles. Floral design gold bangles and cuffs share the same chased blooms. Meenakari gold bangles and enamelled cuffs carry colour fused into the metal. Peacock design gold bangles bring a motif that has run through Indian craft for centuries. Kada style cuffs sit somewhere between jewellery and inheritance, worn by both men and women across South Asian families and frequently given to mark something. Fit deserves a moment of care. A cuff must clear the widest part of the hand while still resting properly on the wrist, so both measurements matter. Open ended designs allow a little movement, but please do not keep flexing one to fit. Repeated bending tires the gold. Let us adjust it once, correctly.
