Errors and omissions: Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all information, descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability details displayed on our website are accurate and up to date, errors may occasionally occur. Sanjeev Jewellers reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. Where payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.
Order confirmation process: Once an order has been placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled, any payments received will be refunded in full, or a different product may be chosen as a replacement at the customer’s discretion.
We aim to deliver our items within 2–3 working days from order confirmation.
Sanjeev Jewellers shall not be liable for delays arising from circumstances outside our control.
All orders are insured whilst in transit. Risk and responsibility for the goods transfer to the customer once delivery has been confirmed by the courier, or upon collection from our showroom.
