Our jewellery is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing or factory-related faults. This warranty applies to issues caused by the original making of the item.
Examples of manufacturing faults may include:
Faulty clasps or fastenings
Loose settings caused by a manufacturing issue
Structural defects present from the time of purchase
This warranty does not cover damage caused by customer use, accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Jewellery being bent, snapped, dented, crushed, or pulled
Damage caused by impact, dropping, or accidents
Wear and tear from regular use
Tarnishing, scratches, or surface marks
Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, lotions, water, or cleaning products
Loss of stones due to accidental damage or impact
Items that have been repaired, altered, or resized by another jeweller
All warranty claims are subject to inspection by Sanjeev Jewellers. We will assess the item to determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing fault or external damage.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault within the 6-month warranty period, we will offer a suitable repair or resolution at our discretion.
A valid receipt, invoice, or order confirmation must be provided for any warranty claim.
Jewellery is delicate and should be handled with care. Customers are responsible for looking after their jewellery appropriately. Damage caused after purchase through wear, misuse, or accidents is not covered under this warranty.
