Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 2–4 working days of order confirmation.

Please note that this timeframe excludes made-to-order and bespoke pieces. As these items are crafted specifically to your requirements, they require additional time to produce; an estimated timescale will be confirmed at the point of order.

Returns

Standard Returns

We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned in the same condition as received. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Damaged

Items If you believe your item has arrived faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — with your order number and clear photos or videos of the item and its packaging. This helps us investigate the issue quickly with our delivery partners and resolve the matter as efficiently as possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item is found to be faulty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on when the fault is reported and the circumstances of the issue.

Please note that the following are not classed as manufacturing faults:

  • Accidental damage.

  • Misuse or customer-caused damage.

  • Loss.

  • Improper storage.

  • Alterations by a third party.

  • Normal wear and tear.
